Please remove all personal items, valuables, and sensitive materials from your vehicle before the service. KGL Carwash is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle during cleaning or detailing services.

While we strive for excellent results, certain stains, odors, and dirt may be impossible to remove, particularly if they have been present for an extended period. KGL Carwash does not guarantee the complete removal of such stains or odors. The outcome may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle.

While our team takes the utmost care in handling your vehicle, KGL Carwash is not liable for any damage to loose or fragile components, including but not limited to antennas, mirrors, or aftermarket parts. Additionally, any mechanical issues or damages arising from normal wear and tear or unrelated to our services are not our responsibility.
